Each individual may register and maintain only one 7sz account. The existence of duplicate or linked accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 7sz will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.
7sz is operated under an international gaming licence and is made available to players in Pakistan. You may request closure of your 7sz account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and standard processing times.

7sz reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by 7sz are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a 7sz account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times — the wagering requirement — before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional offer.
Any Player found to be abusing the 7sz bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing systematically opposite bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended. 7sz's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Bonus funds and any free bet credits that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. 7sz will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
All bets placed on 7sz are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. 7sz will not void or amend confirmed bets on the basis of a Player's claimed error, except in cases of a manifest system error on the platform's part.
7sz reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including for PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, and other sporting events, in response to breaking developments that may affect the integrity of the market. Bets placed prior to a suspension on affected outcomes will be settled according to the official result of the relevant event.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports authority. In the event of a disputed result, 7sz reserves the right to withhold settlement until the official result is confirmed. 7sz's settlement decisions are final.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are accessible within each game interface. Disconnection during gameplay does not void a round in progress — the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection.

11.3 In no event shall 7sz's total aggregate liability to you — arising from any cause of action whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7sz account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
